Easiest Decision

PACE is one of the best long term easy investments. PACE brings the best of all education systems build-in in one class room. Like any parent, paving the road to the future for own children is always a very critical and an important process. PACE students' overall record made it one of the easiest decision. I see success every day in the life of my son and daughter and the rest of student.

God bless PACE staff, teachers, and founders, Amen,

PTO – Parent Teacher Organization
PTO is a group of volunteers among Parents and Teachers who plan and organize events and activities for the school. The role of the PTO is to enhance our student’s education. By volunteering, parents not only have a say in what type of activities (during or after school) our children are involved in but also become enablers by providing their time and/or monetary assistance. Without this type of organization, the school may not have the resources to do extracurricular activities.

PACE-PTO thrives on the participation of parents. Whether you are making treats for a bake sale or wearing your traditional clothes at Cultural Day – you are involved and part of the PACE-PTO family!

Educating children takes a team, and our educators depend on a partnership with the PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) to help collectively educate and train each student. This collaboration creates a dialogue that allows for a better understanding of students and their needs.

PTO ensures many traditions at PACE continue year after year including the favorites like Cultural Day, Hajj Carnival, Class Bake Sales, Teacher and Staff Appreciation week in celebration of our dedicated and highly talented faculty and staff.

If you are looking for a way to get involved at school, PTO can help! The PTO also creates a formidable community at PACE; providing the friendship and support all families need as their children grow and change. The PACE-PTO is funded by PACE member families.

Every PACE parent and teacher are automatically a member of the PTO, and all are welcome and encouraged to participate in the activities of their choice. Contact pace.pta2015@gmail.com

Expenses
In order to accommodate the above such programs, we need to have funds. We collect a one-time PTO fee for the year 2016-17 the details of which can be found below.
Please note that we do have an opt out option, where if parents don’t agree with the PTO activities they can keep your child(ren) at home on the day of any PTO event.

PTO Fees
1 child $75
2 children $105
3 children $135

You can participate based on your availability and comfort level – feel free to organize an event or just help out with one.

Volunteering can involve simple things like making a few calls, sending a few emails, baking a dish for potluck or bake sales. Maybe you could sign up for helping pick up a few items from the grocery or craft store for an upcoming event or volunteer to drive kids during our field trips.

Volunteering is always needed; what matters is if ALL parents give a LITTLE of their time.

Insha’Allah everyone benefits.

Dozens of research studies show that when parents get involved, children do better in school. Become a PACE PTO member today and make a difference.

Pump It Up

Pump It Up provided a great party experience for PACE students. The inflatables were large, unique and gave the kids a way to work off energy and to have fun. PACE students always had a great time at Pump It Up. PACE students love having party at Pump It Up, we had a lots of fun!!!

Reptile Man Show

PACE PTO had the Reptile Man’s son perform the show at PACE Academy. He does a very good job teaching about the animals, balancing responsibility and amusement. The Reptile Man has been educating children about reptiles. He brings large reptiles such as alligators, tortoises, monitor lizards, iguanas, blue tongued skinks and a variety of snakes much to the joy of the students. He is very good about telling kids about each animal, how you should handle reptiles, and why you should never make a wild reptile a pet. He has a great sense of humor and is great fun for children and adults.

Field Day

The annual PACE l Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) Field Day for students in kindergarten through sixth grade held at the Perrigo Park Park. PACE students and staff enjoyed a day of fun and games. The day was sponsored entirely by the PACE PTO and featured many different activities for the students. PACE physical education teacher Mr. John coordinated the event with PACE PTO.

Fire Department

Fire Department members actively participate in the Student Awareness of Fire Education Program. This successful program teaches fire safety education to students. Fire Department met with PACE Academy’s students, during this visit the children participated in a fire prevention activity, learned about the protective equipment that firefighters wear, and learned about smoke alarm safety. Thank you to the members of the Redmond Fire Department for teaching fire safety to our children.
