At PACE Academy, students engage in a well-rounded curriculum that integrates core academic subjects—Math, English Language Arts (ELA), and Science—alongside QIA courses, which focus on Qur’an memorization, Islamic education, and Arabic reading. The admissions committee carefully reviews each application, considering factors such as academic history, standardized test performance, class availability, and the level of parental commitment to supporting their child’s education and participating in school activities.
PACE Academy offers a unique program dedicated to Qur’an memorization, seamlessly integrated with academic learning. The QIA (Qur’an, Islamic Studies, and Arabic) program is specifically designed to enable students to memorize the Qur’an while continuing their regular studies through enrollment in the WAVA K12 program.

Every academic year begins in September (typically towards the 1st or 2nd of the month) and ends in June (typically the 1st or 2nd week of the month). or the most part, we follow the Lake Washington public school calendar, but with some adjustments for Islamic holidays. Our calendar is developed after reviewing calendars for LWSD and other major school districts. Other holidays, based on public school calendars, include Labor Day, Thanksgiving break, winter break, spring break, and Memorial Day. The school year begins and ends on days close to, but not always exactly on the same days as, the public school calendar.
